Terms of Service

Marketer Blvd • marketerblvd.com

Effective: March 1, 2026

The Short Version (Yes, You Should Still Read the Rest)

Marketer Blvd gives you tools, content, and services to build and grow your online business—including a website, hosting, courses, templates, AI prompts, community access, and optionally a custom domain and email address. These Terms explain what you can expect from us, and what we expect from you.

Here’s the heart of it:

Your stuff is yours. The content you create—your text, your images, your products, your customer list—belongs to you. We need permission to host it and display it for you, but we’re not going to take it, sell it, or use it for anything else.

Our stuff is ours. The courses, templates, AI prompts, tools, and brand materials we provide are for your personal business use as a member. You can’t resell, redistribute, or share your login.

Be a good neighbor. Don’t use our platform for anything illegal, harmful, hateful, or spammy. We’re building a community here, and everyone deserves to feel welcome and safe.

Pay on time, cancel anytime. Your membership renews automatically. If you cancel, your site stays live for 30 days so you can export your content. After that, your data is preserved in backups for an additional 30 days. After 60 days total, it’s permanently deleted.

We’re here to help, not to guarantee perfection. We’ll do our absolute best, but we provide our services “as is.” Things break sometimes. The internet is like that.

Okay, now here’s the full version. We wrote it in plain English because you shouldn’t need a law degree to understand the rules.

1. Who We Are and What This Agreement Covers

Marketer Blvd is owned and operated by Marketer Blvd LLC. When we say “we,” “us,” or “our,” we mean Marketer Blvd LLC. When we say “you” or “your,” we mean you—the person who created an account and agreed to these Terms.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) cover everything you use on or through marketerblvd.com, including the website, membership area, courses, tools, templates, AI prompt libraries, community features, hosting services, domain registration, email services, and any other products or services we offer now or in the future. We’ll call all of these “the Services” from here on out.

By creating an account or using any part of our Services, you’re agreeing to these Terms. If you don’t agree, that’s okay—but you can’t use the Services.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll post the updated version on this page and update the effective date at the top. If we make a significant change, we’ll also send you an email. Your continued use of the Services after a change means you accept the new Terms.

2. Your Account

To use our Services, you need to create an account. When you do, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete information (your real name, a real email address, etc.)
  • Keep your login credentials secure—don’t share your password or let anyone else use your account
  • Let us know immediately if you think someone has accessed your account without permission
  • Be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your state or country, whichever is higher)

You’re responsible for everything that happens under your account. If your cousin logs in and does something that violates these Terms, that’s on you. Keep your password safe.

3. What You Get as a Member

Your Marketer Blvd membership may include some or all of the following, depending on your plan:

Website & Hosting

We provide you with a professionally designed WordPress website hosted on managed servers. This includes hosting (keeping your site live on the internet), an SSL certificate (the little lock icon that tells visitors your site is secure), daily backups, a content delivery network (which helps your site load faster), and 24/7 security monitoring.

By using our hosting services, you give us permission to access your website and its database for the purposes of hosting, backing up, securing, and maintaining your site. You also give us a worldwide, royalty-free license to copy and store your content—but only to the extent necessary to run the service. You own your content. We’re just the landlord keeping the building standing.

We aim for 99.9% uptime—meaning your site should be available virtually all the time. If we fall short in any given month, contact us and we’ll make it right with account credit. This uptime commitment doesn’t cover things outside our control, like natural disasters, your own code or plugin conflicts, or traffic spikes that exceed your plan’s resources.

Custom Domain

If your plan includes a custom domain name (like yourbusinessname.com), or if you purchase one as an add-on, the following applies:

  • Domain registration is subject to availability and the rules of the relevant domain authority (ICANN for most domains)
  • You’re responsible for providing accurate registration information and keeping it up to date
  • Domain fees are non-refundable—once a domain is registered or renewed, that payment cannot be reversed
  • If your registration information is inaccurate or outdated, your domain could be suspended or cancelled by the registrar. That’s their rule, not ours, but we can’t override it

You own your domain name as defined by ICANN rules. If you ever leave Marketer Blvd, you can transfer your domain to another registrar. We’ll help you do it.

Email

If your plan includes a professional email address (like you@yourbusinessname.com), it’s provided through a third-party email hosting service. You agree to use this email for legitimate business communications only. Sending spam, bulk unsolicited messages, or anything that violates anti-spam laws (like CAN-SPAM) is not allowed and may result in immediate suspension of your email service.

Courses, Templates, Prompts & Tools

As a member, you get access to our course library, AI prompt packs, done-for-you templates, and any other digital tools we provide. These are licensed to you for your personal business use only. That means:

  • You can use them to build and run your own business
  • You can customize templates and prompts to fit your brand and audience
  • You cannot resell, redistribute, or share them with non-members
  • You cannot package them as your own product (for example, selling our prompts as a “prompt pack” under your name)
  • You cannot post course content, templates, or prompt text publicly (on social media, blogs, or anywhere else)

Think of it like a recipe book: you can cook the recipes for your own dinner party, but you can’t photocopy the book and hand it out.

Community

Our community spaces (forums, groups, comment areas, or any other interactive features) are part of the membership experience. What you post in the community is your content, but by posting it, you give us permission to display it within the platform. Be kind, be helpful, and be respectful. We reserve the right to remove content or restrict access for anyone who makes the community a less welcoming place.

4. Your Content and Your Responsibility

Anything you create, upload, or publish through our Services—your website text, images, products, customer data, blog posts, and so on—is your content. You own it. Period.

By using our Services, you give us a limited, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, copy, and store your content. This license exists only so we can run the service for you (for example, we need to copy your data to create backups). We will never sell your content, use it in our marketing without your permission, or claim ownership of it.

That said, you’re responsible for what you publish. You agree that your content will not:

  • Violate any law—federal, state, or international
  • Infringe on anyone else’s copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property
  • Be defamatory, threatening, harassing, or discriminatory
  • Contain malware, viruses, or any other malicious code
  • Disclose someone else’s personal information without their consent
  • Be connected to scams, pyramid schemes, unlawful gambling, or any form of fraud

If we receive a valid legal complaint (like a DMCA takedown notice) about content on your site, we’re required to act on it. We’ll notify you and give you the opportunity to respond, but we may need to disable the content first and ask questions later. That’s the law, not our preference.

5. Things You Agree Not to Do

This is the “don’t be that person” section. When using any of our Services, you agree not to:

  • Use our hosting to send spam or bulk unsolicited emails
  • Host content that promotes hate or discrimination based on race, gender, sexual orientation, religion, age, disability, or national origin
  • Use our servers for cryptocurrency mining, running proxy services, or hosting TOR exit nodes
  • Use autodialers, robocalling software, or other VOIP-based spam tools on sites we host
  • Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or attack our services or network (or anyone else’s)
  • Create a fake identity to mislead others
  • Share, resell, or publish your Marketer Blvd login credentials
  • Do anything that a reasonable person would look at and say, “That’s not okay”

If we discover or are notified that your use of our Services involves any of the above, we’ll reach out to you first whenever possible. But in serious cases—or if you don’t respond—we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and services without further notice.

6. Payments, Billing & Renewals

Marketer Blvd is a subscription service. By signing up for a paid plan, you agree to the following:

How Billing Works

  • We’ll charge the payment method you provide at the beginning of each billing cycle (monthly or annually, depending on your plan)
  • Your subscription renews automatically until you cancel. This is standard for subscription services and is designed to keep your website running without interruption
  • If your payment fails, we’ll try to reach you. If we can’t collect payment, your services may be suspended (more on that below)
  • We may change our prices in the future. If we do, we’ll give you advance notice. Founding members: your price is locked for life as long as your membership stays active

Refunds

If something isn’t working right, please contact us before requesting a refund—we’d rather fix the problem. Refunds on subscription payments are handled on a case-by-case basis within 30 days of the charge. After 30 days, no refunds will be issued except in cases of billing errors on our end.

Things that are never refundable: domain registration and renewal fees, and charges that result from your own account security issues (for example, if someone else makes a purchase because you shared your password).

If you dispute a charge with your bank or credit card company instead of contacting us first, we may suspend your access to our Services. We’d much rather work it out directly.

7. Cancellation & What Happens to Your Data

You can cancel your membership at any time. No tricks, no hoops, no “call this number during business hours” nonsense. Just go to your account settings or contact us directly.

Here’s what happens when you cancel:

30-Day Grace Period

After cancellation, your website stays live for 30 days. During this time, you can export all of your content using the step-by-step guide we’ll provide. Your business, your content, your data—you take it all with you.

30-Day Backup Preservation

After your site goes offline, your data is preserved in our backup system for an additional 30 days. If you change your mind and resubscribe during this window, we can restore your site from backup.

Final Deletion

After 30 days of inactivity following your site going offline (60 days total from cancellation), your site data is permanently deleted from our servers and backup systems. We cannot recover it after that point. This is not a scare tactic—it’s a limitation of how our hosting infrastructure works.

The bottom line: You have a full 60 days from cancellation—30 days with your site live, and 30 more days of backup preservation—to either export your content or resubscribe and restore everything.

What About My Domain?

If you registered a domain through us, it’s still yours. Domain registrations run on their own cycle (usually one year). Even if you cancel your membership, your domain remains registered until its expiration date. You can transfer it to another registrar at any time, and we’ll help you through the process.

Our philosophy: your business is yours. We’re honored you built it with us, and if you need to step away, we’ll make sure you can take everything you’ve built with you. And if you want to come back, we’ll be here.

8. Security

We take security seriously. We monitor your hosted site 24/7, run daily backups, and maintain SSL certificates to protect data in transit. If we detect a security vulnerability, we’ll notify you and may access your site to remove malicious code or push a security update.

That said, you also have responsibilities:

  • Use a strong, unique password for your account
  • Enable two-factor authentication if we offer it
  • Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access
  • Don’t install plugins, themes, or code on your hosted site without approval (this is why we manage the backend for you—to keep things safe and running smoothly)

You are solely responsible for any activity that occurs under your account. If unauthorized transactions happen because of weak passwords or lack of basic security on your end, we won’t be able to issue refunds for those charges.

9. Abuse, Complaints & Enforcement

If we (or our hosting partners) notify you that your site or use of our Services is associated with abuse complaints, security issues, legal violations, or any prohibited activity under these Terms, you must:

  1. Respond to our notification within the timeframe we specify (usually 24–72 hours)
  2. Take prompt action to fix the problem

If you don’t respond or don’t fix the issue:

  • We may temporarily suspend your site or services without further notice
  • Suspension stays in effect until you’ve resolved the issue
  • In persistent or serious cases, we may permanently terminate your services

We don’t enjoy any of this. We’d much rather help you fix things than shut them down. But we have a responsibility to our community, our hosting partners, and the law.

Our Intellectual Property

The Marketer Blvd name, logo, brand materials, course content, templates, prompt libraries, website designs, tools, software, and all other original content on our platform are owned by Marketer Blvd LLC or licensed to us. They’re protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Your membership gives you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use these materials for your own business. It does not give you ownership of any of our intellectual property.

Your Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to the content you create. We don’t claim ownership of your website content, your business materials, or anything you build using our tools. The limited license you grant us (to host, display, and back up your content) ends when you delete your content or close your account.

If you believe that content hosted on our platform infringes your copyright, you can submit a formal DMCA takedown notice to us. If we receive a valid notice about content on your site, we’re required by law to disable the reported content. We’ll notify you when this happens, and you’ll have the opportunity to file a counter-notice if you believe the claim is wrong.

Repeated copyright violations will result in termination of your account. We take intellectual property seriously—yours and everyone else’s.

11. Support

We provide support for your membership, your website, and the tools we offer. Here’s what that looks like:

  • Course and membership questions: answered by our team, typically within 24–48 hours for non-urgent issues
  • Hosting and technical issues (site down, security, speed): handled by our hosting partner’s 24/7 expert support team
  • Community peer support: other members are often the fastest source of help for content and strategy questions
  • Self-service: our courses double as documentation, with troubleshooting guidance built into each lesson

There are limits to what support can cover. We can’t write your content for you, build custom features, or troubleshoot third-party tools that aren’t part of our platform. We also can’t guarantee that every question will be answered instantly. But we will always try our best, and we will always treat you with respect.

Support is provided in English.

12. Backups

We run daily backups of your hosted website. These backups are stored for up to 30 days. If something goes wrong—a bad edit, a security issue, or just a mistake—we can restore your site from a recent backup.

That said, backups are a safety net, not a guarantee. We strongly recommend that you also keep your own copies of anything critical (like your customer list, product descriptions, and important images). If you cancel your membership or your account becomes inactive, backup data is only available for 30 days after your site goes offline (see Section 7 for full details on our cancellation and data retention timeline).

13. Privacy & Your Data

We respect your privacy. Our full Privacy Policy is available at marketerblvd.com/privacy and is incorporated into these Terms by reference. The highlights:

  • We collect the information we need to provide and improve our Services (name, email, payment info, site usage data)
  • We don’t sell your personal information to third parties
  • We may scan your site data to compile anonymous, aggregated statistics that help us improve performance and security across the platform
  • We share data with third-party service providers only as needed to run the Services (hosting infrastructure, payment processing, email delivery)

If you collect personal information from your own customers through your website (for example, email addresses for your email list), you are responsible for complying with all applicable privacy laws, including providing your own privacy policy on your site.

14. Third-Party Services

Our platform relies on trusted third-party providers to deliver some of our Services. These include (but aren’t limited to) our hosting infrastructure provider, payment processor (Stripe), domain registrar, and email hosting provider. When you use our Services, you may also be subject to the terms and policies of these providers.

We choose our partners carefully, but we can’t control everything they do. If a third-party service experiences downtime, changes their policies, or has an issue that affects your site, we’ll do our best to help—but we’re not liable for their actions.

We tried to keep the legalese out of this document, but there are a few things our lawyers say we need to say clearly. Here goes:

Services Provided “As Is”

We provide our Services “as is” and “as available.” That means we do our best to make everything work well, but we can’t promise perfection. We don’t guarantee that our Services will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that every feature will work exactly as you expect with every third-party tool or browser. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Marketer Blvd LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption) arising from your use of our Services—even if we’ve been told those damages are possible. Our total liability for any claim related to our Services is limited to the amount you’ve paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

In plain language: if something goes wrong, the most we’d owe you is what you’ve paid us over the last year. We can’t be responsible for your lost business, lost customers, or any downstream effects. We know that sounds tough, but this is standard for any web service, and it allows us to offer the service at a price real people can afford.

Nothing in our courses, templates, tools, community discussions, or any other part of our Services constitutes legal, financial, tax, or professional business advice. We share what we’ve learned and what has worked for us, but your situation is yours. For decisions that carry real legal or financial consequences, consult a licensed professional.

Earnings Disclaimer

We do not guarantee any specific results, income, or business outcomes from using our Services. Success in business depends on many factors we can’t control—your effort, your market, your product, your timing, and a hundred other things. Any examples, testimonials, or case studies we share are individual results and should not be taken as typical or guaranteed.

16. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Marketer Blvd LLC is organized, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our Services will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in that jurisdiction.

Before going to court, we both agree to try to resolve any dispute informally first. Send us a written description of the issue, and we’ll work with you in good faith to sort it out. Most problems have simpler solutions than lawsuits.

17. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to our Services at any time if you violate these Terms, engage in prohibited activity, or if we’re required to do so by law. In cases of termination for cause, we are not obligated to provide a refund.

We may also discontinue or modify any part of our Services at any time. If we discontinue a service that you’re actively paying for, we’ll provide reasonable notice and a prorated refund for the unused portion.

When your account is terminated (whether by you or by us), the following sections of these Terms survive and remain in effect: Your Content and Your Responsibility, Copyright & Intellectual Property, The Important Legal Stuff, and Governing Law & Disputes.

18. A Few More Things

Entire agreement. These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, make up the entire agreement between you and Marketer Blvd regarding the Services. They replace any prior agreements or understandings.

Severability. If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest of the Terms still apply. We don’t throw out the whole document because one sentence has a problem.

No waiver. If we don’t enforce a particular provision of these Terms, that doesn’t mean we’ve waived our right to enforce it later.

Assignment. You can’t transfer your account or any rights under these Terms to someone else without our written permission. We may transfer our rights and obligations if we’re acquired by or merged with another company, but your rights under these Terms won’t be reduced.

Force majeure. We’re not liable for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control—natural disasters, internet outages, acts of government, pandemics, alien invasions (okay, hopefully not that last one).

19. Questions? Talk to Us.

If you have questions about these Terms, your account, or anything else, we’d love to hear from you. Seriously. We’re a small team that actually reads its email.
